They oversee day‑to‑day property management, leasing activities, and building maintenance requirements.Your recent roleYou will be responsible for managing and maintaining an apartment community, to create a best-in-class experience, ensuring high level of service at all times. The Property Manager is also responsible for building and motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. You will be responsible for managing all on‑site operations by overseeing staff, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, handling budgeting and reporting, supporting leasing and marketing efforts, controlling expenses, and ensuring company policies are being followed; working with the leasing team to meet targets, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and setting goals to strengthen overall team effectiveness.What you'll need to succeedA high school diploma or equivalent is required, with post‑secondary or a bachelor’s degree preferred,
