As a member of the IT Security team the role would contribute to the access role design, access reviews, system integration, and policy development and maintenance. The IAM specialist is expected to lead projects in the IAM discipline, act as a subject matter expert,



and participate in daily operations for incident and problem management as related to any IT Security team capabilities.Own and support the full lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and role design.Implement, maintain, and integrate IAM technologies such as SSO, federated identity, Azure AD, and related identity infrastructure.Lead IAM initiatives and projects, acting as a subject matter expert while supporting day‑to‑day security operations, incident, and problem management.Identify and remediate access control gaps, manage access exceptions, perform testing of new identity services, and oversee patch management of IAM components.Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM policies, standards, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational security strategy.Own and operate IAM controls supporting compliance frameworks (e.G., ISO, SOC 2, regulatory requirements) and contribute to risk assessments and treatment plans.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, communicate IAM changes, represent IAM in governance forums, and stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulBachelor’s degree, College degree (or equivalent experience) in technology, healthcare or business.Understanding of project management and portfolio management rudiments.Proven experience leading and facilitating change within the organization.Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook.Recruitment Technology Disclosure: We use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
