Your New Company This is an exciting opportunity for a Property or Facilities Manager to oversee the private home and assets for a prominent and influential family as an Estate Manager. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the family’s estate, day-to-day maintenance, coordinating trades & vendors, and supporting any operations or on-site events. Your New Role The ideal candidate possesses a solid sense of professionalism, customer service, and integrity. You will be responsible for all aspects of the estate including property maintenance, renovations, and special projects. You will be working with a Construction Manager and have a Maintenance Technician reporting into you. Other duties will include: Plan and manage special events: arranging staffing, organizing catering, and securing any additional support needed. Managing Operational and Project budgets as well as monthly reporting. Administer & approve purchase orders,



invoices, time sheets, and expenses. Monitor mechanical systems, smart systems, and inventory. Ensure the estate is secure by enforcing security protocols and ensuring staff follow security measures. Manage vehicle fleet. What you’ll need to succeed Estate Management experience for a high-end residence / property. Experience managing a team. After hours & weekend flexibility. Established industry connections Excellent communication skills. Valid BCDL & vehicle – must be able to provide clean drivers abstract. What you’ll get in return Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 experience dependent. Discretionary Bonus. Full extended benefits including health, dental, vision. 3 weeks vacation. RRSP Matching.
