This role sits inside a high-precision manufacturing facility and plays a critical part in improving quality, throughput, safety, and cost efficiency across die manufacturing processes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead manufacturing system improvements focused on quality, reliability, and efficiency Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Sales to solve quality and delivery challenges Analyze equipment and process gaps; recommend capital investments and upgrades Support machining, grinding,
