Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Business Solutions Specialist to support the improvement, and ongoing optimization of our ERP systems and business processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational needs, improve workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support users across the organization.

The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations, data management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Assist with ERP system improvements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with departments including operations, procurement, accounting, sales, and inventory management to improve system workflows
- Configure, test, and support ERP modules and integrations
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support and training
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and reporting tools




- Assist with data migration, validation, and system setup activities
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operations
- Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business systems and operational processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience working with ERP systems implementation, administration, and support
- Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvement
- Experience with ERP platforms. SYSPRO experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or data analysis is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Skills

- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementation projects
- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, or distribution processes
- Experience with system integrations and workflow automation
- Project management experience is an asset
