Job Title: Senior Marketing Data Scientist Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 12+ month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Data Scientist to join a leading technology company on a long-term contract. This is an exciting chance to work with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven marketing strategy through advanced analytics and experimentation. What You'll Do Lead marketing measurement and analytics across digital channels including Paid Search, Social, Display, CRM, SEO, and more. Design and execute A/B testing, incrementality testing, geo-lift studies, attribution models, and causal analysis. Develop forecasting models and support Media Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives. Build scalable reporting, dashboards, and automated analytics solutions. Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to provide actionable business insights. Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Data Science, Growth Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Strong expertise in marketing measurement,



experimentation, attribution, and statistical analysis. Experience developing or partnering on Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and applying last-touch and multi-touch attribution methodologies to optimize marketing performance. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, geo-lift studies, causal inference, and forecasting models. Advanced SQL and strong Python and/or R skills. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Braze, Segment, or similar marketing platforms. Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
