Shift Schedule

- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. + Night shift premium 5$/hour

Compensation

- Hourly: $24 to $27 depending on experience

Job Description

- Operate all the consoles and make required adjustments to the various components of the equipment;
- Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule;
- Use different tools and/or equipment; responsible for tools made available;
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance; find solutions to production problems;
- Coordinate the execution of tasks within a team of 8 people;
- Provide staff training;




- Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.);
- Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards;
- Identify issues and improve quality standards;
- Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information;
- Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment to keep the work environment clean and safe;
- Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions;
- Complete the various reports;
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, working in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator;
- Mechanical skills;
- Understand the operation of production equipment;
- Work in a structured way (organization and planning);
- Be in good physical shape;
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive;
- Ability to solve problems.
