and on‑site documentation.Document changes and provide as‑built documentation.Engage in company‑sponsored and self‑initiated training to maintain high knowledge and capability.Engage with customers to fully understand their systems and needs.Follow all safety standards and required training, maintaining high safety for employees and subcontractors.Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities and quotes.What we look forVocational school program or associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field plus a minimum of three years industry experience servicing electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical HVAC systems.Understanding of HVAC systems, sequencing, and applications.Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro‑mechanical fields.Proficiency with hand, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as a multimeter.Solid knowledge base in the use of personal computers.Attention to detail, positive communication, and listening skills.CompensationHourly rate: $26.51 – $38.00 (determined by education, experience, knowledge, and market data).
