You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory and staffing levels align with demand while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.? Essential Duties & Tasks:Mentor, coach, and oversee team performance to meet safety, operational, and quality standardsContribute to setting goals and metrics aligned with organizational strategyAdminister policies and procedures, recommending changes when neededCollaborate with Quality, Safety, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Product Development teamsIdentify needs, solve problems,
