Join Sensity as a Service Support Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to the deafblind community. This position emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and enhancement of service excellence across diverse programs.
As a leader in Sensity, your responsibilities will include guiding Intervenors, supporting tailored service plans, and ensuring that best practices are upheld in daily operations. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to improve service delivery and training effectiveness. Engaging with families and partners forms a critical aspect of ensuring consistent care aligned with the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead practice improvement initiatives for Intervenors
• Collaborate with teams to enhance service protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Oversee program asset management and safety checks
• Facilitate workforce integration through mentorship
Requirements:
• Diploma in Intervenor or related human services
• Experience with developmental and mental health support
• Proficiency in ASL or SEE is essential
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Robust communication skills in English, French an asset
