This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to guide teams fromconcept through construction administration (CA)while ensuring projects stay ontime and budget .Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Drive problem-solving,critical thinking, and design progression.Overseeproject execution, coordination, and client communicationto maintain schedules and budgets.Ensuretechnical accuracy, compliance with building codes, and seamless integration of design solutions.Guide teams throughcontract controls, project scopes,
