Responsible for P&L. Operation Managers and/or District Operations Managers will report directly to this role.Location: 2332 Lennox and Addington County Rd 41, Roblin, ON K0K 2W0Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages the District's day-to-day operations and provides daily support to drivers in ensuring safety, service, and savings.Executes necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OHS, and other standards and regulations.Ensures thorough root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents, following up with consistent coaching and retraining.Oversees department personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Manages termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
