Position Executive Assistant – Private Equity Northleaf is offering the opportunity to join a leading and growing private markets investment firm. The successful candidate will support the Private Equity team members and work closely with other members of Northleaf’s administrative support team. Activities Will Include Managing calendaring of both internal and external meetings; this will includebuilding working relationships with executive assistants for other executives in the firm Anticipate and proactively address potential issues/challenges associated with multiple meeting requests/cancellations and travel Managing team travel coordination, including domestic and international flights and accommodations Creating and maintaining agendas, meeting materials and forward calendars for several recurring meetings, including some confidential May assist on special projects or with other internal tasks in support of the private equity team Event planning and on‑site management support Processing expense reports, coordinating meeting rooms, organizing meeting notes Consistently exercising discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all confidential matters,



escalating issues where appropriate Providing backup assistance to other administrative team members as required. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years in a senior administrative role Previous experience supporting a senior executive/team in an investment environment Excellent time management organizational skills; ability to prioritize to effectively manage tasks to completion within required timeframes Ability to work independently and in a team environment on multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail Ability to take initiative – research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution in order to execute on assigned tasks Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise with all levels of individuals both internally and externally Demonstrated history of dealing with sensitive and confidential material Forward thinking and flexible in adjusting/adapting to changing work priorities Professional with an excellent work ethic Highly skilled in the use of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and e‑mail and calendaring Compensation The expected compensation range (base salary and incentive compensation) for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
