This is an exciting chance to work on complex commercial, transactional and strategic matters in a collaborative, innovative and thriving milieu.Responsibilities:Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, such as: technology, intellectual property licensing, compliance, software, SaaS, cloud, professional services, consulting, leases, purchasing and distribution etc.; Advise re: commercial transactions, including strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, provide guidance re: current product and service launches and procurement matters and collaborate with multiple business lines; Support transaction and integration matters re: acquisitions, divestures and reorganizations; Advise and supportre: privacy considerations, IP and technology matters, security, compliance re: advertising and marketing materials, policies, and competition law,
