Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen operation.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Coach and develop culinary team members.
- Assist with menu development, inventory, food cost, and labour management.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Ideal Candidate
- Several years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Culinary certification and food safety credentials are considered an asset.
