Reporting to the Senior Manager, EDI Solutions, the position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our national EDI setting and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence.ResponsibilitiesMonitor inbound and outbound EDI traffic, ensuring swift and accurate data exchange.Collaborate with third-party technical partners to lead the resolution of EDI errors, aiming for industry leading accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Innovate processes, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance and refine our EDI environment forincreased efficiency.Provide insightful performance tracking, analyzing key error drivers, and proposing sustainable business process improvements to minimize transmission errors.Foster collaboration with Master Data, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure accurate data and successful EDI transactions.Skillfully manage and execute Business Continuity plans, mitigating any disruptions to our valued customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or Business preferred Minimum 2 years of practical EDI experience Proficiency in managing and reporting on large datasets, leveraging tools such as Microsoft SuiteStrong systems acumen,
