Lending is focused specifically on banking and specialty finance, in which we are the middle market leaders throughout the country.Responsibilities:Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating audits of complexfinancial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverablesDevelop an understanding of the client's businessand needs, and become a n industry specialist to understand client specific needsUnderstand and utilize RSM'sGlobal Audit MethodologyTrain and supervise Audit Associates on engagement teams and function as an in-charge facilitating field work by monitoring and reporting regarding productivity and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignmentAnticipate and address client concerns and escalate issues as they ariseInteract with clients to help ensure the information flow from client to audit teamand vice versais efficientIdentify and communicatesignificantaccounting and auditing matters tomanager/senior managerandpartner on engagementProvide insightful feedback on financial statements and prepare other client deliverables such as board communications, deficiency letters, management letters,
