Join Our Team as a Project Manager! Valiant TMS, a global industry leader, is seeking a is seeking a Project Manager to join our Body in White division. In this role, you will lead projects through the design, manufacturing, and commissioning phases, delivering customized equipment and world-class technology solutions to our customers. What you’ll get to do Review incoming orders to ensure alignment with customer specifications and approved proposals. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams on all project-related matters. Manage and provide technical guidance throughout the design, build, and commissioning phases of assigned projects. Coordinate project activities by compiling and distributing relevant information to Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments. Schedule and lead design and manufacturing line‑up meetings to support successful program launch and ensure alignment with purchase order requirements and revisions. Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying risks or variances and implementing corrective action plans as required. Track, document, and communicate changes impacting scope, pricing, or delivery schedules. Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues while balancing cost, schedule, and quality expectations. Coordinate with leadership to assign appropriate resources across design, machining, assembly, and tryout phases. Partner with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of commercial and internally manufactured components. Arrange and manage customer visits for project progress reviews and final buy‑off meetings. Communicate pricing changes and order amendments to Proposal, Sales, and Finance teams. Provide technical support to Proposal and Estimating teams and participate in proposal review meetings as required. What we are looking for Experience:



Minimum five years of design and/or production experience in automated production systems or machine tool design and build environments. Demonstrated leadership ability with strong decision‑making skills under pressure. Education: Completed post‑secondary education in technical or engineering studies. Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; high level of initiative and enthusiasm; exceptional organizational and management skills; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers. Exceptional organizational, management, and communication skills. Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and cross‑border) to customer sites. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
