FET is searching for an experienced HSE Specialist to join its nightshift team in Calgary. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to improve health and safety performance while coaching leaders and employees. Key responsibilities include conducting incident investigations, providing necessary training, and recommending safety procedures to meet legislative compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with HSE Manager on safety policies
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Provide HSE coaching for site personnel
• Maintain safety documentation for compliance
• Facilitate safety meetings and communicate updates
Requirements:
• 5+ years in an HSE role
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
