By embracing diversity of thoughts, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, we create a place where everyone feels they belong.Job ResponsibilitiesLead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex, global RWLP programs on time and within budget.Oversee all aspects of assigned client accounts, including governance, risk management, financial performance, and strategic planning.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify evidentiary needs and deliver tailored operational solutions.Ensure alignment of delivery with regulatory standards (ICH, GCP, GPP)
and Syneos Health SOPs.Support business development through proposal strategy, bid defenses, and capability presentations.Drive operational efficiency, quality, and innovation through lessons learned, process improvement, and cross‑BU collaboration.Qualifications10–12 years of clinical research experience, with 8–10 years in RWLP.Direct experience with large‑scale RWLP programs and client portfolio oversight.Solid financial and contract management skills.Prior CRO/pharma experience in global, cross‑functional environments.Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.Commercial mindset and real‑world research acumen.Expectations for travel up to 25% and potential for direct reports.BenefitsCompany car or car allowance.Health benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision.Company match 401(k).Eligibility to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and individual performance.Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time (state‑/municipal‑specific).Compliance with all applicable paid sick time requirements.Salary RangeBase salary range: $150,000.00–$175,000.00.Additional InformationTasks, duties, and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be assigned in sole discretion.
