Acden Environment is seeking Class 3 Operators for their Syncrude Base Mine location in Fort McMurray, Alberta. These operators will play a key role in waste and recycling services, ensuring the safe and productive collection, transportation, and disposal of waste. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and committed to environmental responsibility, with a clean driving record and strong work ethic.

What You’ll Need





- Valid Class Three (3) license with Airbrake endorsement
- Minimum three (3) years of commercial driving experience
- Successful completion of a driver’s evaluation on a Class Three (3) vehicle
- Ability to obtain clearance on drug, alcohol, hearing, and physical abilities pre-employment testing (safety sensitive role)
- Eligibility to access all Acden client sites
- Drivers abstract in good standing
- Safety-first attitude
- Ability to meet physical demands (bending, twisting, standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling heavy objects)

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) experience
- Site experience
- Experience with manual transmissions
