School Principal ($100K–$150K/yr + Relocation Assistance to Aroland, ON)Join us at Scout Talent North America to lead the newly established Johnny Therriault School in Aroland First Nation, Ontario.Pay RangeCA$100,000.00/yr – CA$150,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesLead and support teachers, assistants, and staff to deliver high‑quality education programs.Oversee school operations, facilities, budgets, and logistical planning for a safe learning environment.Monitor student performance and support improvement planning based on data, observations, and stakeholder input.Build strong relationships with students, parents, community members, Chief and Council, and education partners.Ensure the integration of local culture, language, traditions, and land‑based learning within school programming.Support staff development, mentorship, and effective use of curriculum, technology, and teaching resources.Manage hiring, supervision, and performance evaluation of school personnel.Uphold policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations related to school administration and education governance.QualificationsBachelor of Education or Bachelor of Arts.Completion of the Principal Qualifications Program (PQP) Part 1 and Part 2.Current Ontario College of Teachers Certification.10+ years of teaching experience,
