Overview Our client is seeking a Senior CRM Project Manager to lead a strategic modernization initiative involving the migration of its legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud (Azure) . This consultant will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase enterprise CRM transformation, including project governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, data migration, cloud modernization, organizational readiness, and multiple production releases. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a seasoned Project Manager who has successfully delivered several enterprise CRM migrations from on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud . The client is specifically looking for a Project Manager who has successfully led multiple on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM migrations to Dynamics 365 Cloud/Azure within the past five years. This is not a generic Project Management opportunity—they require someone who understands the CRM platform inside and out, has firsthand experience navigating the technical and business challenges associated with enterprise CRM migrations, and can confidently lead executive stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM modernization program. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and status reports. Coordinate business, technical, vendor,



and executive stakeholder groups. Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.Lead CRM migration planning including: System integrations Testing Cutover planning Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Manage implementation partners and third-party vendors. Support organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption. Deliver executive reporting throughout all phases of the engagement. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience. 5+ years managing enterprise CRM implementation or migration programs. Multiple successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 Cloud migration projects completed within the past five years. Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and migration best practices. Experience managing enterprise software modernization initiatives exceeding $1M. Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing consulting partners and system integrators. Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management experience. Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of: Enterprise integrations Testing Cutover planning Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams and enterprise releases. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Azure cloud transformation projects. Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platform experience. Healthcare, Regulatory, Public Sector, or Association experience.
