Must Haves

- 7+ years of experience delivering Workday projects (integrations or migrations) in a hands-on project management or delivery lead capacity.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, or related HRIS transformation initiatives.
- Strong project delivery experience with the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with delivery teams and supporting day-to-day execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting complex data migration activities, including planning, mapping, validation, testing, and cutover.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project deliverables to completion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Workday certification(s).
- Experience supporting large-scale HR technology transformations.
- Background in change management, testing coordination, or release planning.

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Workday Delivery Lead to support a major Workday-focused initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project delivery,



coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and project risks, and ensuring successful execution of key Workday workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of Workday expertise and hands-on project management experience, with a focus on day-to-day delivery rather than high-level program oversight.

This role requires a delivery-oriented leader who is comfortable working closely with technical and functional teams, facilitating project activities, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring milestones are achieved. A significant component of the position involves supporting and overseeing data migration activities, making prior experience with data conversion, validation, testing, and implementation readiness essential.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels, and bring a practical, execution-focused approach to Workday project delivery. Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is considered an asset, but solid Workday delivery and data migration experience are the primary priorities for this role.
