Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Regional Wholesale Parts Manager to join our team in Calgary, AB.

This role is responsible for maximizing Nissan Canada parts sales and profitability within the Collision & Wholesale parts category by engaging Dealers, Collision Repair Centres, and Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs). Success in this role is measured through regional contribution to Collision and Wholesale parts sales objectives and the continued development of the Certified Collision Repair Network.

A Day in the Life

- Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to grow Nissan and INFINITI wholesale parts business through collision centres and IRFs, increasing dealer and company profitability while strengthening OEM market share.
- Partner with regional and national stakeholders to support the execution of programs, promotions, and operational initiatives across dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Parts Managers, insurers, collision networks, and industry partners to expand participation in programs such as CollisionLink and Progi Parts.
- Act as the regional subject matter expert for Collision and Wholesale parts, ensuring effective communication of rebate programs, incentives, and OEM repair standards.
- Prepare and present performance insights, including sales results, market dynamics, dealer feedback, and industry trends.

Who We’re Looking For

Required





- 5 to 7+ years of experience including automotive aftersales experience with a strong focus on Collision and Wholesale parts (OEM dealership, aftermarket provider, or industry vendor).
- Strong knowledge of collision and mechanical repair products, dealership wholesale operations, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Sales experience within the Mechanical/Collision or Aftermarket industry.
- Proficiency in business analysis, project management, Microsoft Office, and dealership management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform work onsite and travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 80% day and overnight travel).

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive program adoption across dealer and repair networks.
- Experience working with Certified Collision Repair networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
