Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is a highly skilled, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven organization. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company ensuring accurate financial reporting budgeting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role will manage the accounting team, help streamline business and financial process and provide strategic financial insights to the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast paced environ

HOW YOU’LL MAKE

Compensation

We strive to offer compensation that is fair, competitive, and reflective of each individual’s experience and contributions. Compensation will vary based on experience and skill level (Developing, Proficient, Highly Proficient, Expert, Management, Senior Leader).
