About Us

Luftstrom Manufacturing produces large industrial components used in heavy-duty operating environments. Our work involves structural fabrication, heavy plate welding, and precision assembly.

We are hiring skilled welders who take pride in quality workmanship and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG, FCAW, and Sub-Arc welding

Weld structural and heavy plate assemblies

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols

Fit and tack components prior to welding

Maintain dimensional accuracy and weld integrity

Qualifications

3–5+ years industrial welding experience

Experience welding carbon steel plate





Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

Strong understanding of weld distortion control

​

CWB certification considered an asset.

Compensation

We offer competitive wages based on relevant experience and skills:

Welder / Fabricator: $30 – $40 / hour

Wages are dependent on demonstrated ability and background.
