This role, reporting to the Manager of Facility Services, requires solid project management alongside human resources skills. You'll coordinate with multiple school board administrators and supervise caretaking staff while managing service contracts and budgets.

Your contributions will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and support various committees and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage service contracts and recruit caretaking staff
Prepare operating and supply budgets for facility needs




Supervise summer students and oversee their onboarding
Coordinate snow removal, waste, recycling and security services
Lead special projects, including environmental initiatives

Requirements:
3-year College diploma in Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Certificate in Management or Leadership program
Knowledge of accounting and project management
Experience in a unionized workplace preferred
