JCL Inc. is Hiring – Weeping Tile & Gravel Labourers

JCL Inc. is looking for hardworking, reliable labourers to join our Weeping Tile & Gravel Division.

Whether you're eager to learn the trade or already have experience installing weeping tile and the Delta® MS waterproofing system, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing residential weeping tile systems
Installing Delta® MS foundation membrane
Placing and grading drainage gravel
Working alongside experienced crews on recent home construction
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive job site

What We're Looking For
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Willingness to learn and take direction
Experience with Delta® MS systems and weeping tile is a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Valid driver's license is an asset




Construction experience is preferred
