Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Impact Business Analyst with strong expertise in Broadridge Impact and post-trade processing for Fixed Income products. The ideal candidate will act as a functional consultant, bridging business requirements and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Impact – Broadridge projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with post-trade workflows. Support implementation, testing, and validation of Impact functionalities. Provide subject matter expertise on Fixed Income post-trade processing and settlement. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years as a Functional Consultant or Senior Lead on Impact – Broadridge projects. Strong knowledge of Fixed Income post-trade processing (trade capture, settlement, clearing). Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and end-to-end testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with regulatory compliance in capital markets. Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
