Join a modernization initiative supporting critical applications and services within a federal policing environment. This role supports the Digital Evidence Analysis project by leading architecture design, application integration, and modernization activities aligned with Government of Canada enterprise architecture and security requirements. The position includes responsibility for architecture frameworks, system integration, cloud adoption strategies, and technical standards supporting secure and scalable solutions. Work may be performed remotely or within Government of Canada facilities in the National Capital Region.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in Application Architecture , Software Architecture , and system integration
- Cloud , AI , ML , and API integration solutions delivery
- COTS , SaaS , and custom-built solutions integration architecture
- Government of Canada enterprise architecture and security requirements alignment

Nice to Have

- Digital Evidence Analysis project exposure
- Public safety technology environment experience
- Participation in scrum meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and requirements workshops

Responsibilities

- Define complex technical architectures,



frameworks, processes, and strategies for major applications and digital initiatives
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop architecture scope, system designs, and technical specifications
- Design integration architecture and document external system integrations and data flow diagrams
- Evaluate alternative technology solutions including Cloud, AI, and ML implementations
- Develop architecture, integration, standards, and data dictionary documentation
- Identify system-specific programming, documentation, and testing standards
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
