As a Research Scientist, you will collaborate within the highly specialized Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modeling team. Your role will involve conducting cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions and payer decisions. You'll work closely with health economists, statisticians, and researchers to contribute to diverse projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses
• Conduct targeted literature reviews for model inputs
• Assist in developing economic models and project deliverables
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage project components with attention to quality and deadlines
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of consulting experience in HEOR
• Master’s degree in health services research or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and economic modeling
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
