In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our engineering department, driving innovation and excellence in our projects and processes.Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering team, aligning department goals with overall organizational objectivesOversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherenceDevelop and implement engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and continuous improvement initiativesManage resource allocation, budgeting, and capacity planning for the engineering departmentMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growthStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the company's competitive edgeEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations,
