The company pairs its own auction and commerce technology with an asset-based warehouse and fulfillment operation in Etobicoke, managing the full inventory lifecycle in-house, from intake to customer delivery.

Position Summary

Bid Boss Inc. is hiring a full time Warehouse Helper to keep fulfilment moving at its Etobicoke facility. This is a physical, hands-on role focused on getting orders picked, packed, and out the door, and on keeping the warehouse organized and running. It suits a strong, reliable, quick worker seeking steady, full time work.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup and shipping, accurately and quickly
Move pallets and skids, unload incoming loads, and place catalogued items on racks
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Support the team with general warehouse tasks as needed, including scanning and cataloguing during downtime
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions




Basic English communication
Works well within a team
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a warehouse workplace
Seeking full-time, ongoing work, with availability on Saturdays
Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal background / police record check
No prior experience required; full on-site training is provided

Physical Requirements
Able to stand and move for extended periods
Able to regularly lift and carry items up to approximately 50 lbs

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday availability is required; some flexibility is possible in the remaining scheduled days

Compensation
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
Paid biweekly
