Cochrane Companion Vet (Mosaic PetCare) is a new but growing small animal veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team in a part-time role. As our clinic continues to grow, we're excited to welcome someone who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity

What you'll be doing

· Welcoming clients and their furry family members

· Answering phones and scheduling appointments

· Managing patient records and processing payments

· Helping keep the front end running smoothly

· Supporting our veterinary team wherever needed

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience working in a veterinary clinic (required)





· Enjoys working with both people and animals

· Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment

· Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team The position requires the completion of a high-school degree or further education, competence in the English language, patience, and a pleasant manner.
