Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently
Assist with order picking, packaging, and fulfillment to meet production schedules and customer demands
Manage shipping and receiving processes accurately
Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with mechanical knowledge to ensure safe handling of products
Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean workspace
Collaborate with team members on construction or manufacturing-related tasks requiring heavy equipment operation
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations involving load & unload activities and heavy equipment use
Experience
Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts or order pickers is highly desirable
Mechanical knowledge or construction experience will be considered a plus for understanding equipment maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Basic understanding of shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork
