Our client is a leading global manufacturing company seeking a Manager, FP&A; to support strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of FP&A; and Divisional CFO to turn complex data into actionable insights and partner with Corporate FP&A; and Investor Relations on quarterly and annual reporting.

About the Prospect Manage complex weekly financial models, forecasts, consolidations and eliminations across multiple business units.
Lead month-end and quarter-end FP&A; reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Analyze financial results,



identify key business drivers and develop explicit commentary for executive reporting.
Build and adapt reporting packages to meet evolving business and leadership requirements.
Partner with the Director of FP&A;, Divisional CFO and P&L; leaders to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as the divisional contact for Corporate FP&A; and Investor Relations, supporting earnings releases and annual reporting.
Leverage AI and technology to automate reporting, strengthen controls and reduce manual processes.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support the broader FP&A; team during peak reporting periods.
About You 5+ years of progressive FP&A; experience, including budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting and business partnering
Experience in manufacturing or a related industry
Experience with AI-enabled analytics is preferred

Salary Range $130,000–$145,000/year
