This role requires collaboration with the Director of Finance, focusing on comprehensive financial oversight and regulatory compliance. You'll take charge of crucial tasks like month-end closings, financial report preparation, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct month-end process and financial statement preparation
Ensure compliance with monthly financial reporting
Maintain records of all financial transactions




Monitor AP/AR ledgers for effective payment processes
Assist Director of Finance with audits and policy development

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
CPA credential or pursuing it is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sage 300, ADP WFN
Robust analytical and communication skills
