Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to help them make informed decisions
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling, transactions, and receipts accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized merchandise displays, perform merchandising tasks, and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers




Handle cash register operations including basic math calculations, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end
Support inventory management by receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock counts

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
Robust communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks efficiently and maintain store cleanliness
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively
Experience with tools such as POS systems, merchandising, or inventory management systems is advantageous
