Location: Banff, AB (Mountain Avenue Road – Parks Canada Project)

Quick Labour Solutions is seeking two Traffic Accommodation Flaggers to support a Parks Canada project in Banff. This role is responsible for safely directing traffic through active work zones and ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians.

Responsibilities:
Direct and control traffic through construction zones.
Use stop/slow paddles, radios, and traffic control devices.
Maintain protected traffic flow and communicate with crew members.
Follow all site safety procedures and report hazards

Requirements
Previous flagging or traffic control experience is an asset.
TCP/Flagger certification required. (Course offered through Quick Labour Solutions)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to stand for extended periods.
Must have reliable transportation to get to job site.

Hours: Average 10–12 hour shifts (hours may vary).

Benefits

You will be given an additional $44.00/day for gas allowance.
