The Perks: $80-95K company car cellphone (work/personal) perks pension 2 bonuses/yr vacation paid shutdown The Role: Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 , and OEM customer‑specific requirements Lead internal audits, layered process audits (LPAs), and management reviews Act as the primary contact for customer audits, certification bodies, and regulatory inspections Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D and structured problem‑solving tools Support APQP, PPAP, safe launch, and new product introductions Partner with Operations, Engineering,



and Supply Chain to reduce PPM, scrap, rework, and COPQ Lead and develop a high‑performing Quality team , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Use data, SPC, and KPIs to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities You Bring: 5+ years of Quality experience in an automotive manufacturing environment 3 years of leadership experience managing or mentoring Quality professionals Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 , and OEM CSRs (Ford, GM, Stellantis, etc.) Hands‑on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and 8D Proven experience leading internal and external audits Confident communicator who can work across the plant — from the shop floor to customers IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification (ideal) ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE (ideal) Six Sigma Green or Black Belt APPLY NOW! #J-18808-Ljbffr
