As a Turnaround Planner at FLINT, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling industrial turnarounds, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. What would you be doing?
Develop and lead a detailed turnaround schedule to analyze projects. Ensure all scheduled work adheres to safety standards.
Lead and coordinate the initiation phase of construction, and clarify all details relating to planning, scheduling, and scope of work by using lead, lag, critical path, and milestones.
Oversee project progress and productivity, recognize areas of concern, and propose prompt and effective solutions.
Manage external service providers and supplier coordination.

Required experience and qualifications - 5+ years of turnaround planning experience.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and SAP.
Robust understanding of different trade work scopes in an open shop environment.
