Directly manage and train maintenance crew members
Facilitate monthly safety meetings and discussions
Diagnose equipment issues and manage repair scheduling

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant experience with 2 years in supervision
Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office
Solid troubleshooting skills
