Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll be responsible for financial resilience and organizational culture. Emphasizing trauma-informed practices, you will ensure operational efficiency and compliance, playing a key role in the organization's commitment to dignity and belonging. Key Responsibilities:
Architect multi-year operational strategies and resource allocation
Drive creative funding models to enhance revenue
Direct the annual operating budget process




Establish a framework for funder compliance and governance
Coach and mentor senior managers for effective leadership Requirements:
Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
3–5 years in senior roles managing complex budget portfolios
Robust background in financial forecasting and risk management
Experience in nonprofit operations and compliance
