Duties
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods between locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records to ensure transparency and accountability
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse teams to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly




Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading, unloading, and yard activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Assist with yard duties as needed, including vehicle maintenance checks and yard organization

Experience
Proven 1 year experience operating heavy trucks or commercial vehicles with a clean driving record
Robust driving skills with knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and route planning
Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and dispatchers
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance checks and safety standards
