Distribution business in (Mississauga, ON).

Will make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and building solid customer relationships.

Open and manage work orders, prepare quotes, repair plans, and service documentation.

Coordinate with Service Supervisors, Team Leads, technicians, and customers to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.

Review customer concerns, explain repairs and charges, and assist with warranty-related questions.





Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records using service management systems.
