Must be legally eligible to work.
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
Team player with a solid work ethic.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese or Japanese) are an asset.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.




Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
