Join Lightspeed as a Workday Specialist, focusing on Talent Insights and Reporting. This role involves developing agile reporting solutions and enhancing data-driven strategies in a full time temporary capacity. In this 18-month position, you’ll leverage your 3+ years of Workday reporting experience while collaborating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
Design, maintain, and audit reports across various Workday modules, while ensuring data integrity and quality. You'll have direct access to data analytics that shape people strategies and improve employee experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design and build custom reports across Workday modules
Extract and analyze workforce data for insights
Implement data quality checks and validation procedures
Maintain audit reports to ensure compliance
Advise stakeholders on data usage and reporting best practices Requirements:
3+ years in Workday reporting ecosystem
Expert in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Experience managing high-stakes reports
Proficiency in handling confidential HR data Shape data strategies at Lightspeed while delivering impactful reporting solutions.
