About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Store All-Rounder to support our daily store operations. This role combines customer service, store security, and operational support to ensure an outstanding shopping experience while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
Monitor store activities and help prevent theft or suspicious behaviour.
Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to ensure a safe and welcoming setting.
Respond professionally to customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Support cashiers during busy periods when required.
Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and keeping displays organized.
Help maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.
Receive deliveries and assist with inventory organization.
Monitor shopping baskets, carts, and store equipment.




Perform opening and closing store procedures.
Work closely with store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Solid observation and problem-solving skills.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Retail, grocery, hospitality, or security experience is an asset.
Security Guard Licence is an asset but not required.
Ability to speak multiple languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) is an asset.
