Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic components and assemblies with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality control systems and industrial products that serve diverse markets.

Responsibilities
Perform soldering of surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)



following detailed schematics and IPC 610 standards.
Maintain quality standards by inspecting solder joints, component placement, and mechanical assembly for adherence to IPC 610 guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills
Solid knowledge of PCB assembly techniques, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering.
Proficiency in using tools related to soldering.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
